There are 8 Choultries containing 100 rooms got constructed by the Devasthanam for providing accommodation to the visiting pilgrims. In addition to the above, 5 A.C. Cottages were also got constructed by the Donors under cottage donation scheme.

The Devasthanam is having sufficient number of Choultries and Guest Houses for providing accommodation to the visiting pilgrims and V.I.P.s including A.C. Rooms.

There are also marriage halls and Kalyana Mandapams constructed by TTDs available for performing marriages by the pilgrims and dormitory facility is also available for the pilgrims. Due to the efforts taken by the Devasthanam, one “PUNNAMI” hotel was also got constructed by A.P. Tourism Development Corporation at Dwaraka Tirumala with a cost of more than Rs.1 crore, for which the Devasthanam has given Ac.2.00cts of land.

All the rooms were equipped with solar water heater system and the tariff was reduced to 50% so as to cater needs of the poor devotees who wants to stay in the choultries. Maintenance, house keeping and sanitation was entrusted to Sarvodaya Samsthan on Agency/Tender system.

Advance Reservation System: The Devasthanam has also provided Advance Reservation facility for rooms and halls to the pilgrims who wish to perform marriages, upanayanams etc. Rooms will be reserved for the parties by charging the room rent at the time of Reservation. Reservation will be provided 2 months before.
